SHIPPING

Our product can be shipped worldwide with the exception of Australia and New Zealand (our product is in the process of being tested for these markets as they have special requirements).

Shipping lead time:

  • UK: generally up to 3 working days
  • Europe & worldwide: generally up to 7 working days

SHIPPING COST

For deliveries within the UK: FREE

For deliveries in Europe: flat rate of £9.99 (or equivalent in €)

For deliveries in the rest of the world*: flat rate of £14.99 (or equivalent in €)

Please note the flat fee is regardless of the size of the order (one or more products). This flat fee doesn’t apply to wholesale orders.

Unfortunately, at this point in time, we are unable to ship to Australia and New Zealand.

EXCHANGE

If you are not satisfied with the item you have received, we will exchange the item at the presentation of a proof of purchase (email you received after you placed the order) as long as you send the email and the garment back within 14 calendar days after you received your order.

Garment must be new, unused and in a re-saleable condition. We do not allow exchange or return for items that have been damaged. Please read the care label carefully.

Please follow these steps for an exchange:

  • Send us an email on help@mookiemerino.com ;
  • Insert the reason for the exchange in your email and your order number noted in the confirmation email received just after your purchase;
  • Repack the garment in the original packaging – with the order number received in the confirmation email – and send via REGISTERED POST within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to:

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item please contact us and return the garment within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. We will fully reimburse the cost of the goods and the outward delivery cost incurred. If the item is faulty we will cover the shipping cost to return the item subject to our pre-approval before shipping. We are sorry but we are not in a position to refund the return postage if the product is not faulty.

Garment must be new, unused and in a re-saleable condition. We do not allow exchange or return for items that have been damaged, please read the care label carefully.

Please follow these steps for a return:

  • Send us an email on help@mookiemerino.com ;
  • Insert the reason for the return in your email (e.g. colour not as expected, faulty with details and photo of the fault, other) and your order number from the confirmation email you received after you placed the order;
  • Repack the garment in the original packaging – with the order number received in the confirmation email – and send via REGISTERED POST within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to:

Please allow us 14 days – after we receive the goods – for the refund to be processed. Please note it may take longer to appear in your account.

IMPORTANT

When your items are delivered, you may be liable for customs duty and/or additional taxes as we are unfortunately not in a position to determine the amount of these taxes in advance as the calculation method varies for each country. For more information, please contact the national customs office in your country of residence.

Please note we reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to complete it for any reason.
